Drink a glass of lukewarm water immediately after waking up in the morning.
After drinking a glass of water, watch a home training video on YouTube and follow the yoga poses to stretch.
Don't just stay at home; make sure to walk at least 5,000 steps a day, and when walking, walk with proper posture rather than shuffling along.
