My goal this year is to walk more than 10,000 steps every day.
I don't think I can consistently do other health exercises.
I decided to walk 10,000 steps.
I started last February, and now, about three months later, I have kept everything except for one day.
It's a bit disappointing that the day is over.
There is still a lot of 2023 left to go.
The goal is to protect what remains. This is the biggest goal.
Additionally, it is about eating as healthy food as possible and taking nutritional supplements.
I carefully looked into what plans others have made.
Once you pass 40 years old... it really becomes a matter of survival.
I can't live without exercisingㅠ
Thanks to about three months of walking exercise this year, my back condition has improved significantly.
I hope everyone achieves their goals.
