After staying here for a few days, I noticed there are a lot of people diligently walking 10,000 steps, haha.
I do it three times a week, which is a lot.
But it was really hard to come out with a splash. ㅜ
I think I won't go out much anymore as it gets hotter. I'm planning to set some goals during this time.
Walking 10,000 steps every day.
Climbing mountains five times a week.
I will definitely keep an eye on it for a healthy body, haha.
