I usually really dislike drinking water, so forcing myself to drink it is not an easy thing to do.
My body is very dry, so I need to drink water frequently, but it's not easy.
So, as an alternative, I am trying to drink at least two cups of tea a day.
I'm drinking herbal tea varieties instead of coffee.
I tend to drink more when I work, but I don't seem to drink as much at home.
So, I plan to drink 500 milliliters of water from a tumbler every morning and afternoon each day.
I usually have constipation often, so I'm trying to drink more water diligently.
