This week's health goal

Since the beginning of this year, my blood pressure has been reading high.

My blood pressure has also decreased, and since it is said to help with various health benefits, I started walking barefoot.

Hoping for normal blood pressure in June.

This week's health goal is to challenge myself to walk barefoot for more than 5 days.
