Since it's the end of the year, I ate a lot diligently and gained a lot of weight haha...
This week, I plan to focus solely on cardio exercises to reduce body fat.
My body feels so heavy that I need to lighten it up a bit before I do anything.
1. Do cardio every day
2. Cutting out snacks
3. Returning to a clean diet again
4. Drinking plenty of water.
