There isn't much time left until the health checkup, so losing weight seems difficult.
About 5 kilograms in the long term within this year...
I plan to gradually lose weight by 0.5 kilograms each month.
Climbing a small local mountain three times a week (4-50 minutes)
I'm planning to start with light exercise by walking whenever I have free time. Haha
I want to become healthier by building up my stamina more than now~
