I don't really like moving around.
I don't really like exercising, so I gained a lot of weight.
My body feels heavy and tired.
I used to go swimming before COVID-19.
I couldn't do it now, so I started walking exercise.
I aim to walk 7,000 steps a day.
I feel like I've lost weight and gained vitality in life.
My goal is to continue doing this in the future.
