Since the time of COVID-19, I had promised myself to walk at least ten thousand steps every day.
Because I have hypothyroidism, I gain weight easily even if I become a little lazy.
Even when the whole family stayed at home without going out during the early days of COVID-19, I ate less and moved more, but I was the only one who gained 3 kgㅠ
Still, I think I am sticking to the 10,000 steps a day plan pretty well so far, so I praised myself.
Tomorrow is Children's Day, but since there are no children in our house, everyone has their own schedule, haha.
I think I will go out to walk 10,000 steps again tomorrow^^
