This week, I will set a health goal.
Recently, I injured my leg and can't do walking exercises.
1) Weight training at least 5 times a week. Focus on upper body with low intensity.
Take probiotics and vitamins in the morning
Do not eat at least 2 hours before falling asleep.
4) Do not use your phone while lying in bed
For now, I'll just set it up like this.
I can't exercise much, but I still find meaning in doing it consistently.
I should make sure to eat properly.
