This week's health goals are to walk 10,000 steps and to abstain from alcohol.
Maybe because there have been more gatherings lately, I have been drinking alcohol more often.
Not only is it bad for your health, but snacks are also high in calories, so there are many issues overall haha.
So, I plan to abstain from alcohol for the time being.
And these days, I am walking about ten thousand steps almost every day.
I'm planning to walk steadily.
I will do my best to achieve my health goals this week as well.
