Today's health goal is,
Walking 10,000 steps and drinking 2 liters of water.
I'm planning to drink a cup of coffee tonight, so I will drink a lot of water.
I don't usually drink coffee, but I think I'll go on a cafe tour for the first time in a while.
I will try to drink plenty of water and walk 10,000 steps!
What is everyone's health goal for today?
I think it's always a similar pattern, haha.
