My old clothes don't fit anymore because of the postpartum belly fat and the widened rib cage ㅠ
I've lost almost all of my weight...
So, I'm planning to start with planks to build abdominal strength.
I will start with one minute each day, gradually increasing, and try to be able to endure for five minutes over the course of a month.
I want to quickly find my old body again, haha.
