This week's health goal.
First of all, walking 10,000 steps is a basic goal~~
Healthy fasting: drinking lukewarm water
Taking probiotics
Eating an apple in the morning
Do at least 10 minutes of strength training before going to bed.
Like this~
Wake up in the morning and drink lukewarm water.
Come outside and walk right away.
So, I walk 10,000 steps before going to work~~
It feels like it's already been over a month since I did that.
