I tried taking magnesium because I heard it's good for sleep, but it really doesn't agree with me.
Originally, I had severe insomnia, so even if I managed to fall asleep, I would sleep continuously for 4 to 5 hours.
But after taking magnesium, I fall asleep quickly, but the problem is that I keep having nightmares and wake up every few hours... I've been like this all week, so I actually can't sleep better. The side effects are worse than I thought, so I can't take it anymore.
Are there any supplements other than magnesium that help with sleep?
