You know that a warm glass of water in the morning helps your health, right?

I usually drink bottled water quite well even just drinking it plain.

Red bean porridge

 

It is already famous among those concerned about facial swelling. This is because the saponin components in red beans promote diuretic action and boost metabolism, preventing unnecessary fat accumulation. However, excessive consumption of red bean tea can lead to overactive diuretic effects, resulting in chronic dehydration, so caution is advised.

 

 

Hibiscus tea


Catechin and gallic acid components in hibiscus tea can also aid in weight loss. In particular, hibiscus contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), a component widely used as a dietary supplement. HCA has a certain effect of partially preventing carbohydrates from being converted into fat.

 

 

Pu-erh tea


Inside Pu-erh tea, there is a component called gallic acid, a type of polyphenol, which blocks the absorption of body fat. In fact, various studies have shown that consuming Pu-erh tea extract for a certain period can reduce visceral fat and lower LDL cholesterol levels.


However, it is not advisable to consume large amounts of Pu-erh tea instead of water just because it is good for dieting. Although it contains less caffeine than coffee, Pu-erh tea still has a certain level of caffeine.
