Lately, I've been seeing a lot of advertisements for red ginseng, talking about gift sets for Lunar New Year and such.
There are also gifts coming in...
No, I'm really curious if red ginseng actually works. Lately, I've been hearing about it so much around me that I'm even more curious.

My friend said her condition improved significantly after taking red ginseng, but another friend has been taking it for over three months with no change at all. What is the truth? When I look online, there are many reviews claiming it was effective, but on the other hand, I also wonder if it's all just advertising...
I'm especially curious, I've heard that red ginseng can boost immunity and help with fatigue recovery. But has that really been scientifically proven? They mention ginsenosides and such, but do they really get absorbed well by our bodies? Even if they are absorbed, do they actually have an effect...

Above all, there are really so many red ginseng products. Starting from Jeonggwanjang and various other brands, they all come out, and the price ranges vary greatly. I'm confused about whether the expensive ones are truly better or if just reasonably priced products are enough.

And how long do I need to take red ginseng to see effects? Some people say just one month is enough, while others say you need to take it for at least three months. Since everyone gives different opinions, it’s even more confusing.

Actually, I think exercising, eating well, and getting enough sleep are more effective. Ginseng might help, but basic health management is more important, isn't it? But on the other hand, since I'm already taking care of my health, I wonder if taking ginseng together could have a synergistic effect...
