Today, Saturday the 28th, temperatures are expected to drop to around 0°C mainly in the central inland area, making it cold.

 

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, today's high temperature is expected to be between -2 and 7 degrees Celsius.

 

The highest daytime temperatures by region are Seoul 1°C, Incheon 1°C, Gwangju 0°C, Jeonju 2°C, Chuncheon 0°C, Daejeon 2°C, Daegu 4°C, Ulsan 4°C, and Busan 6°C.

 

Cold wave warnings have been issued for the northern and central mountain regions of Gangwon.

 

Cold wave warnings are in effect in northern and eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, southern mountain areas, northern Chungbuk, and northeastern Gyeongbuk.

 

Heavy snow is expected to fall at a rate of 1 to 3 centimeters per hour in the Jeolla region and Jeju Island inland.

 

There will be rain or snow in the western inland areas of Chungnam and Gyeongnam until morning, in the Jeolla region until midday (12 to 15 hours), and on Jeju Island until late at night (21 to 24 hours).

 

Winds at sea are expected to be very strong, ranging from 30 to 65 km/h, with waves measuring 1.5 to 4.0 meters.
