Number one female in the country, weight 268kg😱 (recently succeeded in losing weight)

The story of the individual who recorded the highest domestic female weight of 268kg has been revealed, showing her successful loss of over 70kg.

 

On the 12th, SBS's "Wow! Really? Things like this happen in the world" featured a segment called "Top of the World," where the story of Baek Jin-hee (31), who recorded the highest female weight in Korea at 268kg, was aired. She immediately stepped onto the scale upon waking, but it displayed an error message. The story recipient said, "I can't measure my weight with a regular scale," and "the limit for a regular scale is about 180kg, and my goal is to get down to that level." She then revealed that she had undergone a surgery to remove 80% of her stomach, saying, "I couldn't even endure the elevator descending," and added, "The doctor said it's the highest weight for a woman in Korea." She further stated, "I'm currently on a diet and have lost 73kg," and explained that she was losing weight by carrying a lunchbox with foods like paprika, mushrooms, duck meat, and cherry tomatoes. Regarding the reason she gained weight, she said, "I lived alone after my parents' divorce in high school, and later I developed stress-induced binge eating due to depression," and added, "My mom told me, 'Seeing you makes me think of dad, and it's hard,' so I stopped seeing her." Hearing her story, Baek Ji-young promised, "If you lose weight down to size 88, I will buy you clothes," and Jeon Hyun-moo also said, "Chef Choi Hyun-seok makes vegan food, and I will take you there." They then looked into the benefits of the ingredients in the diet plan that helped the story recipient lose over 70kg.

 

▷Paprika=Paprika is a representative health food containing various nutrients such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, dietary fiber, and potassium. They also contain a lot of water, providing a strong sense of fullness. In addition, tomatoes are rich in antioxidants such as beta-carotene and lycopene, which help lower blood sugar and blood pressure. In particular, lycopene, which gives tomatoes their red color, helps eliminate active oxygen that accelerates aging and prevents blood clot formation.

 

Meanwhile, gastrectomy is one of the bariatric surgeries, which involves removing the stomach in a long, banana-like shape to reduce stomach volume and limit food intake. This surgery suppresses appetite by decreasing the level of the hunger-stimulating hormone ghrelin.
