'Big eater' Lim Ji-yeon, during dieting, eats 'this' instead of snacks... Also makes skin smooth?Actress Im Ji-yeon (34), known for her big appetite, introduced the food she eats while managing her diet.

"I love nuts so much that I always carry them with me and eat them even in the car," she said, "I replace snacks with them when managing my diet." She also mentioned, "I sprinkle granola on Greek yogurt and eat it as a meal," and "On days when I really shouldn't eat, I have a sweet craving and eat it as a snack." Im Ji-yeon has previously revealed that she can eat five packs of ramen alone, indicating she is a big eater. ▷Nuts

Nuts contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, plant-based proteins, and dietary fibers, which are good for the body. Greek yogurt

Therefore, 100g of Greek yogurt contains about 14g of protein and rich fats, which are digested more slowly compared to carbohydrates. As a result, it provides a long-lasting feeling of fullness. This is why Greek yogurt is popular among people on a diet. In fact, a study from Harvard University in the United States found that groups consuming high-protein meals including Greek yogurt experienced a reduction in body fat compared to groups consuming low-protein meals. However, to effectively benefit from Greek yogurt for dieting, it is important to choose products with low sugar content and high probiotic counts.
