요즘 식단조절 나름(?) 잘 하고 있고, 운동도 정말 열심히 꾸준히 하는 중입니다. 그런데 올려주신 글을 읽어보니 이런 노력이 다 무색하게도 저는 아침부터 아주아주 차가운 물을 마시고 있고, 지금 확인해 보니 아침 알람만 세개네요ㅠ 일명 얼죽아인 저는 찬물도 그냥 찬물이 아니라... 냉장고 온도로도 만족을 못해서 물을 김치냉장고에 넣어놓고 마시고 있어요ㅠ 미지근한 물이 몸에 더 좋다는건 알고 있는데 이걸 고치기가 참 힘드네요. 냥식집사님은 좋은 습관을 가지고 계시군요. 저도 의식적으로라도 미지근한 물을 마셔보도록 해야겠습니다. 오늘도 좋은 정보 잘 읽었어요!^^
