Every morning, I wake up, gargle, and drink a glass of lukewarm water. Maybe that's why I feel less facial tightness during this seasonal change.
My goal is to drink 2 liters a day, but I haven't been able to do that. Still, I make sure to drink at least 1 liter. Today, I will keep drinking water throughout the day and have a healthy day~~^^♡
