몸이 기억한다는 말이 정말 맞는말 인것 같네요.이때만 되면 감기증세가 생기고 몸이 아픕니다.나이들어서 그런건가 했다가도 생각하면 몸이 기억해서 나자신이 아픈가봅니다.
The common expression "the body remembers" has been scientifically proven. It turns out that cells other than the brain cells responsible for memory storage also possess memory capacity, and that memory genes activate in response to repeated stimulation.
A research team at New York University in the United States created a "dispersive effect" by exposing two types of human cells (neural tissue and kidney tissue)—not brain cells—to different patterns of chemical signals. They manipulated these cells to emit light, enabling them to distinguish when "memory genes," which are activated when reconfiguring connections to form memories, are turned on and off.
The study found that, just as brain cells detect patterns in information and express memory genes, non-brain cells also light up. Specifically, memory genes glowed more strongly and for longer when chemicals were delivered at regular intervals rather than in a concentrated burst. This study suggests that studying intensively before a test can be more effective than studying at a slower rate.
The research team demonstrated the "focus-dispersion effect," which improves memory retention when learning repeatedly with pauses between periods. This suggests that the ability to learn through spaced repetition is not limited to brain cells, but may be a fundamental property of all cells.
“This study suggests that in the future we should treat our bodies like brains,” said study author Professor Nikolai Kukushkin. “Examples include the pancreas remembering past eating patterns to maintain healthy blood sugar levels, or cancer cells remembering chemotherapy patterns to avoid them.”

It's true that the body remembers.
Every single action I take
Think positively and healthily
Even if
The body always reacts first
