The reason most people drink coffee in the morning is to expect its stimulating effect.

It is said that avoiding coffee on an empty stomach is better for your health.

However, the effects of fasting coffee are also said to play a positive role in energizing and promoting metabolism.

 

As a person who loves coffee, I explore precautions to take when drinking coffee and how to drink it more healthily.

 

Precautions when drinking coffee

  1. High calorie
  2. Morning fasting coffee requires caution regarding digestion, blood sugar, and anxiety symptoms.
  3. Consuming high-salt foods together with dairy products can affect water balance, leading to salt imbalance and dehydration.

 

Effects of caffeine on the cardiovascular system

  1. High blood pressure
  2. Increase in heart rate
  3. Irregular heart rhythm
  4. Excessive intake may cause anxiety, sleep disturbances, and increased blood pressure.

 

As age increases, it is recommended to limit intake to two cups or less, and although there are differences depending on caffeine sensitivity, reducing consumption is generally advised.
