Would you like to learn together?You are running a lot these days, aren't you?

I have also decided to start running seriously.

Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, I ran 5 kilometers and plan to keep running.

After running, my body feels much lighter, and I love it so much.

It feels like something is bursting out of my body, making me want to work out even harder in other exercises haha
