    다른듯해요 전 7시간이상자면 머리도 무겁고
    어지럽고 하거든요
     남편님은 7시간 잠을자도 피곤해하고
    뭐가맞는걸까요^^

    성별에 따라서도 사람에 따라서도 다르겠죠! 참고로 저희 친정가족들은 남자든여자든 참 잠이 많아요. 유독 잘 자고 못자면 비리비리 힘을 못쓰구요. 타고나는것도 중요한거  같아요.

    8-10시간? 너무 많은 느낌인데요. 저는 평균 6시간 정도인데 그정도만 자도 잠이 더오지는 않고 괜찮던데 더자야하는건가 싶네요ㅋㅋ 좋은 정보 감사합니다.
