Is chlorella extract really effective?

Hello.
Recently, as I have become more interested in health, I was looking into various health supplements and happened to learn about the chlorella extract that Mr. Daniel Choi takes regularly. At first, I was skeptical, but with recommendations from friends and acquaintances, I am considering trying it once.

Actually, I was suffering from chronic fatigue and indigestion on a regular basis. Due to frequent night shifts, I noticed my health deteriorating because of irregular eating and sleeping patterns. In particular, I found it very difficult to wake up in the morning, and I always felt sleepy after lunch. Realizing I couldn't go on like this, I was exploring various solutions.

I'm not sure about the detox effects or immune system enhancement yet. Honestly, it's hard to feel whether toxins are leaving my body or if my immunity is improving. I've also heard that it can improve skin health, but I'm curious about that as well.

So these days, I have a lot of worries. Should I try eating it? Or should I stop? How much longer do I need to keep eating to see results? These are the kinds of thoughts I have. It's not exactly cheap, so there's also an economic burden.

On the other hand, I think I should be a little more patient and watch carefully. I heard that health supplements are not effective overnight. So, I am considering taking them consistently for about three months before making a decision.
What do you all think? Have you ever tried pure chlorella extract? Was it really effective? Or was it just because others were drinking it that you decided to try it? I would be very grateful if you could give advice to those of us who are 고민하는 분들 (those 고민하는 분들). Health is really important. But at the same time, I want to make a wise choice. I look forward to your experiences and advice.
