September 4th (Wednesday) Mijura Protein Almond Biscuit Recommendation!
I'm not particularly fond of snacks, but when I get bored, I find myself wanting to eat a lot~~ haha. I prefer to eat less sweet, less salty, and healthier snacks, so I looked for one and bought 'Mijura Protein Almond Biscuit'.
First of all, these biscuits come in two flavors: oatmeal and almond!
The one I've tried is almonds, with a clean and sweet sugar-like texture!!!
The protein content is as high as 10.8g.. I'll have a snack.
Isn't it incredibly filling protein~~ haha
However, since each bag contains 200 kcal, I think I shouldn't eat more than one bag haha.
It's a bit dry, but it tastes good when eaten with soy milk or regular milk, and it also goes well with coffee~~! 😄
I bought it from Market Kurly, but I hear I can also purchase it at CU~~!!😀
