    저는 늘 너무 과할정도로 많이 자서 문제인데...습관이 무서워서 잠이 잘 안주네요..
    주말에 너무 몰아서 자는데 늘상 자고 나면 너무 피곤해요.

    7시간 정도가 딱 적당한거같아요 ㅎㅎ

     전 하루 7시간은 잠을 자요
     이젠 습관이 되어 늘 시간되면 졸립고 
     그시간되면 눈을떠요 
     습관만들기가... 힘들뿐이지요
