Poor Beef Story

Are you struggling to eat tasteless or hard peaches? Boiling them in water will keep them delicious for a long time. Today, I'll share a recipe for peach stew, which will make even tasteless peaches even more delicious.
Peach Preparation

First, prepare the peaches. The firmer or less flavorful the peaches, the better. Tasty peaches are best eaten raw.

Before removing the peach skin, wash it thoroughly in water. It's best to wash it thoroughly, as peach fuzz and pesticide residue may be present.

Peel the peaches and cut them into large pieces. If they're too small, they might be difficult to eat.
Boil in boiling water

Place all the cut peaches in a pot and add enough water to submerge them. Be sure to check how much water you've added.
And add water in a 3:1 ratio. I added 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar.

Bring to a boil over high heat. Once it starts to boil, simmer for 3 minutes. Continue skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
Make sure the pot you're boiling water in is large enough to make the peach compote without boiling over. And make sure the water doesn't splash everywhere.
Store in a heat-resistant container

Wash the boiled peaches thoroughly and place them in a heat-safe container, completely drained. Add the flesh one by one, then pour in the water. Adding the peaches while they're still hot ensures a perfect seal.

After tightly closing the lid, store the bottle upside down as shown in the photo. This creates a vacuum inside the bottle, allowing you to store it for a long time.

When you open the jar after the peaches have cooled, you should hear a clicking sound. Then, when you eat the peaches, they will be sweet and soft, having been soaked in sugar water.

If stored in a regular refrigerator, it will last a long time. However, if you open the lid once and hear a click, eat it within 3 days.
