I'm sharing how to manage wrist pain without it recurring~

1. Minimize the use of your wrists as much as possible.

 

Minimizes the strain on your wrist

If it is difficult, please wear simple protective gear as usual.

 

2. If you have prevented further damage with the shield, now use a massage to relieve the already accumulated damage.

Be careful not to press the painful area directly with your hand, as this can worsen the sprain.

 

3. Use a massager

If you massage yourself, it's difficult and annoying because it involves a lot of force.

Massage with low frequency to provide deep stimulation even if you just leave it on the surface.

 

 

4. Stretch consistently at least once a day as shown in the video above. There are many helpful tips in the comments on the video, so please refer to them.I'm sharing how to manage wrist pain without it recurring~
