저도 이가 누래서 치아미백에 관심이 많아서 캐시닥 병원이벤트를 보고 있었어요~ 알아보니까 치아미백으로 이가 흰종이처럼 하얗게 되지는 않고 원래 치아색보다는 하얗게 된다고 합니다. 만약 치아미백이 라미네이트하는 것처럼 하얗게 된다면 그게 더 안좋을 수 있어요 하얗게 하려면 더 쌘 약품을 사용하거나 연마제 성분이 함유되어 있을 수 있으니까요. 치아미백 하는 치과를 잘 선택하는게 중요할 거 같아요 식약처 인증 정품 미백제를 적절히 사용하는 치과에서 치아미백하면 부작용 없을 거 같아요 치아미백 후 이시림이나 통증은 며칠 후면 없어진다고 하네요 이착색이 잘되는 김치나 커피 카레 등은 피하는게 좋겠지요. 커피는 빨대로 마시면 치아 착색이 덜 된다고 들었어요. 치아미백 후에 시간이 지나면 원래 치아색으로 돌아간다고 하니까, 관리가 필요하겠어요
