I only suffered for nothing trying to force myself to gain weight.

Except for the time when I was just about to become an adult and my health was poor, causing my weight to drop to the 40kg range, I have been fluctuating between 51 and 54kg. At 173cm, that's a bit light for a man’s weight, right? Still, after nearly 20 years of living without much thought, a few days ago I had an episode where I thought I should gain some weight.


A few days ago, a difficult customer came to my workplace and didn't listen to anything I said, shouting so loudly that it seemed like the building might collapse. After hearing that, a tall new employee came over and stood next to me, and the difficult customer quietly left. At first, I was just stunned, but upon reflection, I realized that appearance also seems to be important.

 

So I thought I might gain some weight, so I ate more than usual, but I quickly got indigestion. Once the indigestion settled down, I was afraid to eat anything, so I just didn't want to eat anything even more. As a result, I lost weight quickly ^^;;;;


How can I gain some weight!? For your reference, I am gradually doing mainly walking and running exercises.
