It's been a few months. I have lower back pain. I thought it might be because my office chair wasn't suitable, so I tried replacing it with a different chair, and it got a little better. However, when I wake up in the morning and bend my head to wash my face or wash my hair at the sink, if I stay bent for a long time, my lower back feels tight. When I straighten up my back, I do it slowly. I'm considering whether I should get physical therapy once. I'm curious if others have similar symptoms.
