세상에나 이렇게 비가 많이 오는데 합성이 아닐까 싶을만큼인데요?? ㅠㅠ 세상 따듯해라
Good writing ♡ Street vendor grandmother in heavy rain
There are people who sigh deeply and gaze blankly at the rainy sky whenever the rainy season comes.
A recent photo uploaded on social media is stirring the hearts of many people.
A photo of an elderly woman sitting in front of an unsold vegetable basket on a roadside drenched by heavy monsoon rain, endlessly waiting for customers.
However, it was an empty street where not even passing cars or people could be seen.
Why is this grandmother sitting even in the rain?
Many people who saw the photo left warm comments expressing their concern and care for the grandmother, such as "I want to buy all the vegetables for her," "Thinking of my late mother makes me sad," and "Her resilient attitude is admirable."
One day, I found a black plastic bag filled with wilted lettuce inside the refrigerator.
It turns out that my high school son saw an elderly woman selling lettuce on a pedestrian overpass on a hot sunny day, and since no one seemed to buy anything, he bought all of it with his own allowance.
Sometimes, we buy things with such warm-heartedness.
It's good to have stylish and excellent possessions, but how valuable our consumption is with what we have is also important.
The person who gives may forget the act of giving, but the recipient will never forget the gratitude.
Happiness is like perfume that, when sprinkled into your own body, makes others feel good. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson~
It's a piece I just read, and I liked it so much that I hope everyone can read it together.
