Reflecting on a quote while experiencing secondhand smoke ㅠ

Because it's summer and I keep the window open, I am going crazy from the cigarette smoke coming from downstairs. Since no one in our house smokes, I think I dislike it even more. Complaining to the management office is useless. They just appeal to each individual's common sense. I really want to curse at the outside, but I don't want to become someone without common sense, so I can't do that either...ㅠ
