My boss told my husband to take leave on August 14th and 15th, which are days without deliveries, so he can rest ㅠ It's the first time both families are going out together.
Everyone's vacation is from August 1st to 4th. Our children also have a one-week summer break in the last week of July, so that's their vacation time.
So I have secured all the accommodations and everything.
I told him to try talking again, but it's ridiculous.
Since the delivery items didn't go out that day, there wasn't much work, so they told me to rest then.
And already one employee went on a 4-night, 5-day family trip abroad in June. So, does that person take another break when they rest from delivery work?
Is there really such a crappy company?
The boss just asks employees when would be a good time for their vacation without actually consulting them.
Isn't it a bit unfair to decide arbitrarily? The staff and I haven't agreed on it either.
