The family of 'Pie', who operated a zoo in India, was on a migration with animals when they encountered a fierce storm and the ship sank. Pie, who survived alone, barely managed to get on a lifeboat but drifted away with a wounded zebra, a starving hyena, and an orangutan. However, the true protagonist who surprised everyone was the Bengal tiger 'Richard Parker', hiding under the boat! The starving animals began to attack each other, and eventually only Pie and Richard Parker remained on the ship...
