Meniere's disease.

I usually have headaches, so I went to the hospital today.
They say it's Ménière's disease.

They say stress is the main cause.
I recently resigned, so I don't think I'm feeling any stressㅠㅠ
I went to the neighborhood because there was only an ENT clinic around the neighborhood.
I feel like I was given a strange diagnosisㅠ
Should I accept this diagnosis, or not?
Should I go to another hospital and get a check-up again?ㅠㅠ
