It's a hives hospital!

I have a lot of hives and often end up in the emergency room every morning.
When I leave the emergency room, I feel a little better, but then it gets worse again.
My eyes and lips are swollen and my whole body is itchy, I'm going crazy.
I think I'm going to go crazy because it doesn't go away even if I take medicine.
Is there a hospital that specializes in hives?
Or maybe I should go to a dermatologist?
Or, could you please recommend me another hospital to go to?
