Hand cream substitute

It's a cosmetic gift my friend gave me, saying she liked it when she tried it herself. Since I always use the same products on my face, I felt hesitant to apply it. If I just leave it, I think it will eventually be discarded while I'm out and about, so I'm using it as a substitute for hand cream. Even though it has a bit of oiliness, after some time it gets absorbed and only leaves a moist feeling, so it's okay.
