My personal diet tips! Set your goals, share them, and communicate.

There was a period in my twenties when I focused intensely on patients around 40kg and drastically reduced my food intake to lose weight.

Now that I'm in my 30s, I can no longer suppress my appetite, and I don't see the point of losing weight the way I did in my 20s.

The most important thing is not only physical health but also the mental health that has been greatly eroded.

 

Last year around this time, I gained quite a bit of weight, so I started dieting to regain my motivation.

There are various methods I used at that time.

 

The first method is to set a target.

However, it should be divided into manageable and reasonable amounts.

For example, my current weight is 70kg.

If the weight I want to set as the lowest in my life is 50kg, then

I plan to lose weight down to 67kg within three months.

Absolute impossible figures are not acceptable, and extreme methods like starving to lose weight are also not allowed.

You're not just going to do a quick diet and stop, right?

I think dieting is a long-term battle!

 

The second method! Spreading the word!

I'm informing the people around me that I'm starting a diet~!

I will lose weight to 67kg within three months.

Should I keep calling it nonsense? Keep talking about it, haha.

Then later, when people recognize me, they'll ask if I've been losing weight.

I also have words I need to say, so I guess I have no choice but to remove them eventually.

And if you weigh 67kg in three months, I think it's a weight you can definitely lose with enough determination!

 

The third method! Communicating through the app!

 

There are really many good apps.

I managed my diet and weight through In*ut, and I can also be part of a group within that.

We were able to shout "Eusha Eusha" together.

Furthermore, when you search for KakaoTalk open chat rooms, there are really many diverse chat rooms.

For example, there are so many just by searching for "diet."

I was involved in low-carb, high-fat activities.

While talking with people who share the same understanding about diet knowledge and meal feedback, etc.

As I joined the open chat room, the rate at which I was leaving started to accelerate.

First goal: body weight; second and third goals, ultimately achieving the final target weight.

I remember expressing my thanks in the open chat room and then leaving, haha.

 

It seems that controlling the willpower is the hardest part of dieting.

The more so, with people who share the same goal.

I believe that communicating and moving forward together is truly very helpful.

Sometimes I get bored and don't do things like diet verification, and there are people who grab my collar and pull me along🤣

There was a workout group, and I personally really enjoyed it haha
