This morning, I made a salad with acorn jelly, onions, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.

 

 

The aged radish was pre-sliced yesterday for radish soup and salad.

I prefer quick cooking when eating✌️.

The seasoned dried radish blanched in hot water has a chewy, bouncy texture, offering a unique sensation.

 

 

 

Eggplant vegetable, mung bean sprout vegetable, mixed grain rice, and half a bowl of bibimbap to eat together.
