Types of tea and acupressure methods for headaches caused by sleep deprivation

Many people experience discomfort from headaches in daily life, and I especially often have headaches caused by lack of sleep.

 

Moreover, my personal tips for when I can't sleep better are

 

  1. 1. Drinking warm tea
  2. 2. Massaging the temples and the back of the neck

 

It seems pretty normal, but even just repeating these two things like this can be very helpful.

 

Since headaches are caused by either less oxygen reaching the brain or nerves being highly tense, it seems to be very helpful to relax the nerves with warm tea (rosemary or chamomile are highly recommended) and to loosen the blood flow with massage.

 

Additionally, I am sharing information on acupressure points that are beneficial for headaches and various other pains.
