It was originally a different menu.
The youngest said they want to eat rice cake tteokbokki.
I changed the urgent menu^^
Next to the eggs is chicken, and I found it quite good.
It's chicken offal meat from Homeplus, seasoned pork neck.
It's as tender as a chicken drumstick~
You all worked hard again this week.
Enjoy your meal~~~!

Building abs[6]
CommentsIt is truly admirable and impressive that you consistently managed your belly fat with home workouts and even achieved abs. It is a huge source of motivation to share your vivid workout review, where you focused intensely and succeeded. Seeing that you have developed such toned and beautiful lines just as much as you put in the effort makes me feel good too. I hope you continue to maintain a healthy and amazing physique just like you do now!!!331026.10.29 - 02CommentsGreat job with the 16,000 steps. Please get plenty of rest and recover from your fatigue.350026.10.29
- 03CommentsIt is truly amazing and wonderful that you completed the 10,000-step walk despite the sudden drop in temperature. It must not have been easy to exercise outdoors with the temperature falling so sharply, but I can really feel your sincere passion. Sharing your experience of reaching 10,000 steps today was a great source of motivation and help. I hope you relieve your fatigue with warm water after your workout and have a cozy and comfortable night!!!331026.10.29
