I made a healthy snack with cherry tomatoes!

Cherry tomatoes

Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Penne noodles

Mozzarella cheese

ย 

I had some penne pasta pre-cooked to make pasta salad, so I easily finished it in 3 minutes in the microwave!

It's great for eating as a quick snack :)

It's also good to replace bok choy with tomato!
