I quickly finished 6 plums as an afternoon snack haha
I only took out 6 pieces as a snack, but I want to eat more haha
Still, I should leave some for the kids to eat, right?? Haha, I'll try to hold back ^^

Pohang[2]
CommentsI'm not sure what the weather is like in Pohang these days. It's the perfect season to go see the sea, so it looks like you had a relaxing trip. I hope you enjoyed lots of delicious food and have a great rest of the day!210026.11.01 - 02CommentsDelivery is definitely the best on weekends. You did a great job.260026.11.01

Building abs[7]
CommentsIt is truly admirable and impressive that you consistently managed your belly fat with home workouts and even achieved abs. It is a huge source of motivation to share your vivid workout review, where you focused intensely and succeeded. Seeing that you have developed such toned and beautiful lines just as much as you put in the effort makes me feel good too. I hope you continue to maintain a healthy and amazing physique just like you do now!!!361026.10.29 - 02CommentsGreat job with the 16,000 steps. Please get plenty of rest and recover from your fatigue.400026.10.29
- 03CommentsIt is truly amazing and wonderful that you completed the 10,000-step walk despite the sudden drop in temperature. It must not have been easy to exercise outdoors with the temperature falling so sharply, but I can really feel your sincere passion. Sharing your experience of reaching 10,000 steps today was a great source of motivation and help. I hope you relieve your fatigue with warm water after your workout and have a cozy and comfortable night!!!371026.10.29
