I was stressed out.

Yesterday, I had a stressful incident, and after a long time of feeling excited, I suddenly experienced a migraine I have never had before.

I was thinking of listening to music, but even the sound itself seems to shake my insides, so I just turned off the light and am sitting idly.

Today I have shoulder stiffness. How do you all relieve stress when you're stressed?

Feeling intensely lonely even when I'm alone.

Feeling like I don't want to do anything more even though I'm not doing anything.

Today, I feel that way.

    저는 스트레스 받으면 잘려고 노력하는 편이에요. 아니면 어떤 다른 거에 집중할려고 영상 같은 거를 보기도 하는 거 같아요.

      저도 자는게 제일 좋기는 하더라구요
      24시간 꼬박 잤으면 좋겠는데 이런 저런 해야할일들이 있어서 그러지도 못하네요
