[Jangsu-wang] I do home workouts with my personal exercise item, the Robera stepper.
To modern people leading busy lives these days
Home training is popular, and moreover
Furthermore, due to COVID-19
It's true that visiting public places is not as easy as before.
However, that doesn't mean blindly choosing large exercise equipment
It's true that I hesitate to bring it into the house.
So today, I occupy less space but still...
I recommend a stepper that is highly efficient for exercise.
The exercise I started after gaining a lot of weight due to COVID-19
Using the exercise equipment in the park in front of my house
I have started walking.
Since I am naturally very stiff and also dislike exercising,
I chose walking because it is the easiest to access.
But since it's winter and I've been doing it, I wear a coat and gloves every day.
Because I don't want to be fully armed
After much 고민, I decided to purchase a stepper.
A product with a handlebar combined with a typical stepper design.
It is possible to perform not only lower body exercises but also upper body exercises such as waist and arm workouts.
It can be called a full-body exercise machine for aerobic and strength training.
You have to see it because I am the type who consistently keeps up with it.
I'm planning to put it under the main bedroom television to watch TV.
I deliberately left it in plain sight, haha.
It does not take up much space and is very efficient.
I believe it will be the best choice for those looking for home training equipment.
Of course, if I can do it steadily and well, haha.
In conclusion, I am better than the entire cycle.
I think the stepper is more fun, and I believe I bought it well.
Watching dramas or variety shows makes time pass quickly.
It's tough, but as you keep going, you'll gain momentum.
The stepper isn't tiring at all...????
You didn't do it properly.
It might be more difficult because I have a weak constitution, but
Even just a slight increase in speed makes me sweat a lot and it's really hard.
These days, if you play an exciting song and step on the stepper
I can see your heart rate is rising rapidly.
One of the advantages of the stepper is that you can exercise simply by stepping up directly.
While watching TV, I do it simply even barefoot, but...
They recommend wearing sneakers and exercising whenever possible.
Sometimes I work out barefoot when I feel lazy, and in winter, I wear sleep socks and step on them.
How to use a stepper ✔️
The basic position of the stepper is in a slightly bent knee stance.
You should press down firmly with your heels, keeping your center of gravity towards the back.
Bend your posture slightly forward, and press firmly with your stomach.
At first, I could feel the back of my legs stretching tight in less than three minutes.
Because it is a stepper with a handle
You can also exercise by shaking the handle together.
It's comfortable to hold with both hands, bend forward to maintain posture, and exercise.
I want to utilize the space more effectively.
I just took off the handle 😅
The stepping platform can be used barefoot or while wearing sneakers.
It is equipped with anti-slip features to prevent slipping.
It looks like a pressure pad.
Even barefoot, my soles don't hurt or anything.
The stepper display section is at the very top.
The number of steps taken is displayed, and below that, the time is shown.
Time is only checked when you step on it, and if you stand still for a moment in between.
The times when you get off the stepper because you're drinking water are not being recorded.
Exactly!! Only the time spent actually stepping on is counted~~~~!!
I usually do about 40 to 45 minutes.
Approximately 3,000 steps will be taken.
I think you can adjust this according to your own pace.
If you press and hold the red button in the middle, it will reset.
When starting a new workout, press and hold the reset button before exercising!
Deciding on how many sets or how many minutes to exercise helps boost motivation and seems to be a good idea.
I think the three most important aspects that people who buy stepper machines pay the most attention to are these.
Will I lose weight with a stepper?
Will my knee get worse because of the stepper?
These are the parts.
1. Like all exercises, I believe that consistent effort definitely leads to weight loss.
It looks like I'm really sweating a lot and my heart rate is increasing.
If you stay consistent and work hard, I think it will help with weight loss.
2. If it's for general people, I think as long as they maintain good posture, it shouldn't be a big problem.
For those doing it for the first time, they do it until their knees are fully straightened, but that's said to be bad for the knees.
Press another pedal just before the downward pedal touches the ground, right before the knee fully extends.
Always keep your knees slightly bent when doing it, so there is no strain on your knees.
If you're still worried, it's okay to do it 3 to 4 times a week, every other day.
It's okay to just do the stepper, but there are many ways to exercise that are more challenging.
If it becomes too difficult, I just stop, so I am satisfied with simply walking diligently and stepping on the pedal.
If you put something like a squat band around your thighs
Since it is said that more stimulation comes to the hips, try it if you want to lift your hips.
When it's hard to go to the gym and it's too bothersome to work out outside
Watching TV and YouTube at home
I think it's good that I can use the indoor exercise equipment, the stepper.
The fact that the price is affordable is also one of its charms~💗
