My personal workout item [Muro Paliel] sneakers I recommend :)
I walk every day with a goal of 7,000 steps.
Since it's an office job, I often can't achieve my goals because I spend a lot of time sitting, but...
Nevertheless, whenever I have free time, I try to walk even if it's just in place.
Since walking is difficult during regular working hours,
I usually walk a lot during office lunch breaks.
Since I mainly wear slip-on shoes, walking in them feels stiff and uncomfortable for my feet.
Then I learned about Mu-ro Shinbangre, which became famous after BTS Jungkook wore it.
However, I didn't find those gray sneakers at all pretty, so I wasn't interested in them haha
Advertisements claiming that just walking can help you lose weight had no meaning for me.
Then I saw the Paliel product!
Oh!!! I thought this was it, haha.
It's just a clean combination of white and beige sneakers, haha.
It was cute because it was a combination of running shoes and ugly shoes.
The blog reviews are also good. Plus, they say it has the effect of making you look taller... short girl ^^;;;
I've been diligently reporting since last spring after placing the order!
First of all, I really recommend it!! Haha
The cushion is thick, so it's not only soft and comfortable, but it also works well as regular shoes besides for exercise.
I usually wear jeans, skirts, and slacks, and I don't feel any discomfort or mismatch!
The material in front is made of mesh, so it might make your feet a bit cold in the middle of winter, but
So far, it has been a reliable daily item that I wear comfortably and that supports walking exercises.
Palliel is pretty and comfortable, so I also bought a Muro Rickbice.
Rikvaise has been worn once and hasn't come out of the shoe rack.
My rear axle is so stiff that it scrapes all the way up to the top of my heel ㅠㅠ
I only wore it once, but I got so many blisters ㅠㅠ
But Palriel didn't have anything like that.
I wore them comfortably and snugly from the beginning, and I've been wearing them well until now, so I highly recommend them.
